Here’s a quick glance chart of Lyme Disease and two of the most common co-infections with their symptoms.
This is not an exhaustive list by any means. Notice how many symptoms are similar.
Patients with these infections can present with mild to severe symptoms. Symptoms could wax and wane and sometimes pain can migrate throughout the body.
If you have some or many of these symptoms please seek a Integrative or Functional doctor, Naturapath, Homeopath, or Lyme Literate physician as soon as possible.

Would you be willing to help with any sources for this list? I am a. Naturopathic doctor trying to compile a symptom list for bartonella and I have yet to find an exhaustive one.

Did you get a reply? I know that probably sounds rude and i am NOT AT ALL meaning it that way, just noticed the date of this article was several years old and I have a future son-in-law that has had an overwhelming number of issues leaving him unable to even leave the house and has been to SO many doctors and one of them, recently diagnosed him with Lyme(on the 3rd visit)and looking at all of these, I’m in shock bc WHY now, 3 years later? This poor man has been through heck and wants his life back(🙏with my daughter if its the Lords will❤)so I was curious if there is an updated list and/or any additions to it?

Dear Leslie, I am just returning to my blog from a long and much needed break. I am so very, very sorry for what your future son-in-law is going through. Unfortunately, this is not uncommon. This is one of the reasons I created this blog. There is a huge controversy regarding Lyme disease. The ‘powers-to-be’ have made sure that it is kept under the rug. Because of that, doctors are not properly educated about tick-borne diseases. They do not treat it, they ignore early Lyme symptoms, and the tests are antiquated and unfortunately leave hundreds of thousands of people undiagnosed or misdiagnosed. Mainstream doctors do not even take seriously the many co-infectiions a person can get from one tick bite. Please refer to my blog post “Lyme Disease,What Is It and Why You Should Care”. I hope you have found a good functional doctor or naturapathic doctor who can treat whole body. A late stage infection can take many many years to treat. I pray all the best and that God will lead this man to the right doctors and will find complete healing as quickly as possible. All my best, Tricia

Hey there Jody, I apologize for the delay in answering. I’m just coming back to blog after a long period away. The resources I used to compile this list came from several of my favorite Lyme books; Why Can’t I Get Better by Dr. Richard Horowitz and The Lyme Disease Solution by Dr. Kenneth Singleton. There are many more great Lyme books out there now since the writing of this post. Look into Dr. Daren Ingles book The Lyme Solution, Lyme Disease Medical Myopia and the Hidden Global Pandemic by Dr. Bernard Raxlen, and Recovery From Lyme Disease by Daniel A. Kinderlehrer. Best Wishes, Tricia

At one time or another over the past 10 – 15 years I have had so many of these symptoms. I tested positive in June for 6 of the bands and my neurologist put me on doxycycline for 21 days. Now It is October and they say I have tested negative for Lyme. 11 years ago I was diagnosed with fibromyalgia. September of this year I was told I have Lupus. Where can I go for some real answers. Can you help? I’m pretty much at my wits end. I trust Jesus will always get me through whatever is happening! I live in Tennessee and State Health Department doesn’t have many people on record with Lyme disease. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

Hi Christina, I’m so sorry for what you’re going through and for not getting the help you need. Your experience is not uncommon. My recommendation is to look for a functional or naturopathic doctor. Usually we get sick with tick-borne infections because something is quite right with our immune system and so that needs to be addressed first. Here’s a link to help you find a doctor in your area: https://aboundinginhopewithlyme.com/category/find-a-doctor/
I pray that helps and that the Lord leads you to the right practitioner! xoxo Tricia
