Replay of My Interview from the Anxiety Summit

August 11, 2016 by Tricia 2 Comments

Hey everyone, this past June I was honored to be interviewed by Trudy Scott for her Anxiety Summit, Season 4. Trudy and I connected on Facebook when I shared one of her posts about GABA and how we used it for our Lyme anxiety.

Trudy is a nutritionist and the Food Mood Expert, you can learn more about her below. I learned so much from her previous Anxiety Summit which gave me the information needed to help my daughter with her anxiety.

I’m posting my interview here for you in case you weren’t able to listen when it was live.  I hope you enjoy it and are encouraged. If you’d like to hear all of the other amazing speakers, you can still order a complete set of the entire summit. Click here

Thanks from all my heart for your words of encouragement and inspiration! By God’s grace and mercy I have lived many years Lyme symptom free after being diagnosed with advanced stage Lymes…and suffered years with pain…from age 14 to 25…it has definitely been a journey…and now that I’m 38, I have had a recent flair up…but I do believe i have the tools I need to overcome it…I learned these tips from my amazing specialist out of FL…1. Avoid stress 2. Get 8 plus hours of sleep 3. Get off of sugar, gluten and dairy.
Thanks again for sharing your amazing journey with us!

Hi Tasha, I’m so sorry for the delayed response. I am so glad you were encouraged, thank you for letting me know. Lyme flairs are discouraging but I am so glad you have an amazing specialist and the necessary tools. Hopefully, that will give you a little bit of peace. God bless you and I pray you are already recovered by now.
